Signing day

Finish your plan without leaving the office.

Once everyone has had a chance to plan, we'll pick a day, bring a notary to Ode, and help you sign over your lunch break. Your plan is complete when you walk back to your desk.

Lunch-hour signing

Notary and witnesses provided. Date announced after consultations wrap up. Can't make it? Our office is only a few blocks away.

Good to know.

Does Ode see my information?

No. Your consultation and everything about your plan stay between you and Jay Law. Ode doesn't see who books a consultation or what you discuss.

What if I already have a will or trust?

Bring it to your consultation. We'll tell you whether it still fits your life, and what an update would involve and cost.

Can my spouse or partner join?

Yes, and we encourage it, especially for couple plans. They can join in person or by video.

How long does the process take?

Most plans move from consultation to signing in a couple of weeks, timed so you can sign at the Ode signing day.

What should I bring to the consultation?

A rough sense of what you own (home, accounts, equity), who you'd want to make decisions for you, and guardians if you have kids. Once we set a time, we'll send a short intake form.
